When I look at my squad, there are blue skulls and red skulls. I know the blue ones are from the PVP play, but what are the red ones? I only ask because I don’t have any, and there are guys on my squad that 10K+ of them.

Red skulls you'll gain in special missions where you have to protect yourself or some facilities against plenty enemies in time limit.
