How do I figure out what tier I'm on in the game?

The tier number is based on the number of cities which have had their special ops missions completed. If you've fully completed SpOps on 10 cities, you're Tier 10.

Also SpOps missions show the tier level requirement which is ticked green if you are at that level. Similar for weapons in the arsenal - greyed out if you are below that tier.
