How do I buy a gun when it says I must reach Jandsburg to buy it?

You have to complete the previous missions before being able to buy weapons for cities you have not yet reached. Example: you can’t buy T15 rifle if you’re on a T14 level. The only way to buy any rifle that’s higher than the current level you’re on is to purchase the rifles that are diamond purchase only
