I purchased a piggy bank offer for 1,500 gems, the money has been taken out of my account but I have NOT recieved the gems. How do I get my money back? Or how do I retrieve the gems?

Try and get a refund as soon as possible (within 48 hours). If you are on Android, check what to do through Google Play refunds - but you may have to have the (Google) Play Games app (from the Login screen on the Sniper 3d game) for this to work properly; not sure of the refund procedure if you use Apple
