How do I kill the shooters hanging on the side of buildings?

Use your best shotgun for mission scenarios involving; abseilers, slackliners, parachutists, helicopters, jetpacks, taxis, etc. The spread of shot is very useful! If the suggested weapon damage level is slightly higher than your shotgun's level, you'll need to bang off a few shots for the kill.
