I have more kills in pvp than anyone else but still people end up with more points... how is this?

I win almost every Game by giving headshots. 5 points each Hit

They are not real players.. they take the identity, data of real players but they are not. They are just mods. This is still in testing phase. Soon we will get the real multiplayer mode.

It's not just about the kill.. Do a headshot to get points.. Kill and killing streak will gain some more bonus points.
