I have been stuck at level 12 mission 3 with crazy taxi drivers and CAN NOT pass this mission. I have the proper gun and normally have no problems hitting a moving target but I can not get through this one. Can you skip missions in primary? I am about ready to just be done

You cant skip primary missions but youtube has examples on how to pass every level
