I need 10 second to respond in PVP, others does not need, why?

Are you talking about respawning after being killed? The time you have to wait before respawning is 7 seconds, unless you want to spend 30 diamonds, where you will appear in a new location immediately (the 30 diamonds will be taken off your total at the end of the game).

I've seen on discussions on this game that you can somehow respawn immediately for only 3 diamonds - I'm not sure how it's done, so hopefully someone reading this might be able to say how to get this cheaper option.
