I had the same question as well and was very confused it then for some reason I started spotting guys with my scope not all of them but a few so I’m not sure if it’s a certain weapon you get and upgrade or if it’s the mods you purchase this game is very fun and addicting but very confusing.. this prolly wasn’t much help to your question just thought I’d let u know I understand

Join a squad. Look on the app, for a squad to join. Do your research on Facebook. There is at least one Sniper 3D Assassin PvP group on FB. Find a squad that has helpful members and welcomes newbies. You will learn a lot. There is so much to the game. Very involved.
