How do I get the rating up from gear on sniper 3d?

Gear rating increases with gear (clothing) purchases and upgrades. I think initial items are bought with coins and gems, but gear upgrades use the battle tokens that you slowly earn in pvp. It is the same with increasing your weapon damage rating too.
