In Los Alves the 5th missions has the jet packs and for some reason there is a shooter behind a building that I cannot kill? What is going on with this cuz I cannot advance?

I have the same problem with a shooter behind the building and I can't progress :(

Same as. Tried shooting all around and where bullets are coming from but nothing. Until he is able to shoot me through the building 0 0 REPORT
