Not at all. You probably have the old version with only 3 islands. I bored myself through 9000 levels and nothing happened. My advice: De-install Parking Jam and get the newest version. You'll max 5 islands in no time and get new challenges every couple of levels or so. And then you collect coins... and collect... and keep collecting... because you can!
