I am stuck in level 9 beach hotel, I get all my stars as it requires for the next level, but then when I get to the max, it just increase the stars everytime and I can't go to the next hotel level 10. What do I do? I really enjoy this game but not staying in the same place. Thank you

You have to prestige your hotel. Click the map icon and click the hotel you are at. You will see the prestige icon.
