Hoy hay un evento, y somos carga hasta 81% y no puedo entrar. Lo dejé toda la noche encendido y para que cargue y aún así no entró al juego. Cómo hago para arreglarlo o los creadores lo van a arreglar?

Today there is an event, and we are load up to 81% and I cannot enter. I left it on all night and to charge and it still did not enter the game. How do I fix it or the creators are going to fix it?
