Can you fully upgrade the Tourist Baggage if you’ve already moved on to the Paris Theme? I’m missing one Lvl 1 item for the baggage and I’m afraid I’ve missed it since the tourist bag is all Americana stuff

What I did is I had all the levels for the tourist baggage and I just bought one on the store. If you slide down on the store they sell like daily deals and if you watch a ad to refresh you will get it eventually .
