How do I unlock Los Angeles train line?

It costs 2000 to unlock this line, and while you may have the cash, you may not have the XP. You need that number in the rosette in the top left of the game screen to be 120 for you to be able to unlock the Los Angeles train line.

To get your XP to 120 keep upgrading other areas of the station; the ticket area, waiting room, parking, supermarket etc... Check the task list which is the notepad in the bottom right of the screen for ideas and to get rewards.
