What is going on with the brimwave community relationships? Are more characters going to be added? I have Olivia, Quinn, and Harrison at their max and keep earning tulips, candies, books, and watches.

It appears that there are versions of the game that don't have the community at all and others that do. I got Sam fairly early in the game on day 15 and Quinn at level5. Mark appeared after a combi of da 29 and Sam at level 15. No sign of who will be next in my game version.
