I’ve completely filled the board and now I can’t do anything, what do I do now?

When this happens to me, I pick the smallest level items I have (bag of dough, empty coffee cup, tea bag, etc.) and just delete them to get room for the items I need. I just never delete high level items. I’ve also learned that working on one order at a time (when possible) and that helps me keep my board cleared. I made the mistake of just tapping and merging everything, which was a waste of energy, and took me much longer to complete the orders/tasks.

You can use gems to open inventory spaces (bottom left in kitchen) and move items on the board to the inventory. That will free up spaces also or delete like the other answer mentions.
