I have a question about Shinano.
Her Second skill is gives her a 15% Aviation buff for 1st and 2nd battles.
But. Her Third skill buffs Aviation by 15% for all IJN carriers in fleet.
Is She also buffs herself for that another 15%, or she only buffs other carriers (Like Hakuryuu and others)?
