Where can I get rocks?

Where can I get rocks? When I click the rock pile with a shovel in it I always get pebbles. Will it eventually give me rocks or should I be looking elsewhere? Thanks!

Keep digging up the rock piles and once you have 10 pebbles it will give you 4 rocks! Hope this helps :D
