Level 15 and I only have 2 springs. Found them at the abandoned survivor camp searching for loot.
VERY RARE
Also saw a trade in town for 4 Batteries = 1 Spring
LOL I have only found 3 batteries by Level 15

Just found Spring #4 at Upper Left River area in a brown Loot box. 0 0 REPORT
