Where are the ninjas main story South Africa level 28?

There are no snipers on mission 28 in South Africa. Mission 38 South Africa has snipers.

There are only three snipers and they do have lasers. You must first shoot the man at the bottom of the area about half-way between the semi trailer truck who us shooting at you as soon as the mission begins other men will come out and start shooting at you but you can kill the snipers before the kill you. You must be fast.

The first is on the top of the stairs directly across from your initial line of sight...

The second comes from the small cave / entry just below - and to the left - of the initial sniper...

The third comes from the final (highest) cave...
