What goes at the tomb of the cruel wolf level 2 to open the soothing strange wall by the fog shrouded grave?

You need a chalice which you get in a later dungeon. You have to use the chalice to open a secret door, inside is all the items needed to make resistance to poison potions, which you need in the dungeon where you get the chalice.
