I have been playing for awhile now and I do not have ANY skeleton skills. What am I doing wrong?

I have been playing for awhile now and I do not have ANY skeleton skills. What am I doing wrong? I've been through the dungeons several times and the pits still no skeleton skulls. Please help

They drop randomly from any skeleton enemies. Just keep fighting them and they will eventually drop.
