Mobile Games Weekly Update Roundup: 19-25 October 2026
Welcome to this week's roundup of the biggest mobile game updates on iOS and Android. It's a busy one, with two major version updates, a debut in Pokémon GO and a Blade Runner crossover nobody saw coming.
Zenless Zone Zero lets you pilot mechs for the first time in Version 3.3, and Pokémon GO finally adds Minior with the first of its Meteor Showers. Call of Duty: Mobile has pitted vampires against werewolves for Season 9, and Love and Deepspace is giving away free rewards in its Blade Runner 2049 crossover.
Here's the full list.

Pokémon GO
Update: 19-24 October 2026
Minior makes its debut in Pokémon GO this week. Minior Showers: Orionids runs from 5pm on 19 October to 11:59pm on 24 October, local time, and it's the first of a series of events timed to real-world meteor showers.
You'll find Minior in the wild in its Meteor Form, and it turns up more often between 5pm and 9pm each day of the event. Catching one during the shower earns you extra Stardust.
There are seven Core colours to collect, and one new colour debuts with each shower, so you'll need to keep coming back for the full set. The next one, the Leonids, runs from 14 to 19 November.
In battle, Meteor Form Minior has higher Defense and lower Attack. Drop it below 50% health and it breaks open to reveal its Core, flipping to higher Attack and lower Defense. For now, that form change only happens in battles against Team GO Rocket, the team leaders and in the GO Battle League.
Zenless Zone Zero
Update: 21 October 2026
Version 3.3, "Journey to the Sky", arrives in Zenless Zone Zero on 21 October, and the headline addition is mech combat. Lindverne uses her Karma Core ability, Genesis Reconstruction, to build mechs for you to pilot. They switch between melee and ranged attacks, fire a laser after an EX Special Attack or a dodge, and can interact with the environment to solve puzzles.
There are two new S-Rank Agents. Phoenix, a Fire Anomaly Agent, leads the first half with her W-Engine Plume of Rebirth, and she can revive herself after a fatal blow. Severian, a Wind Attack Agent, follows in the second half with Incarcerating Grip, and his Core Skill dodges incoming hits automatically and counterattacks.
The story continues the Roscaelifer storyline, with the Proxy heading for the skyport at Quietude Isle. Events include Night of Supernatural Tricks, Cyber Miracle Healer, on Duty!, Trails of the Hobbling Crow and Repair! Drifting Art, and the Enigma of the Labyrinth mode gets a seasonal Spooky Trial, where Master Devil challenges you across three rounds.
Logging in during the version's check-in events gets you 10 Encrypted Master Tapes and 10 Boopons.
Call of Duty: Mobile
Update: 14 October 2026
Season 9, Vampires vs Werewolves, went live in Call of Duty: Mobile on 14 October, and its Halloween events are the big draw right now.
The big one is Fang Wars. You pick a side, Vampires or Werewolves, and complete faction missions for rewards, including the SO-14 Moonlit Marksman Rifle for Vampires and the Type 25 Lone Wolf Assault Rifle for Werewolves. Shared milestones unlock the Purifier Deadly Nightshade skin, and the winning faction gets a Gold Calling Card. There's also Call of the Dead, a Día de Muertos event where collecting 100 Howlbones unlocks the K-9 Unit Fantasma skin.
The new multiplayer mode is Leader's Kill Confirmed. Each team has a Leader, a mech-equipped Operator both sides can see, and taking them down drops a dog tag worth far more points. Attack of the Undead returns on Haunted Hacienda and Haunted Standoff.
The Battle Pass leads with the Grav, a high-velocity assault rifle built for long-range fights. This is also the first season with Operator Skins voted for by players: Minotaur Pack Commander won for the werewolves and Sparrowhawk Moonlight Vengeance for the vampires. A Halloween Sale is on the way too.
Clash of Clans
Update: Clan Games 22-28 October 2026
Clan Games return to Clash of Clans on 22 October and run until 28 October. You and your clanmates complete challenges to fill a shared points bar, and the further you get, the better the rewards you can pick from at the end.
It's the last full week of the Cosmic Curse season, so a few events wrap up around it. Portal Panic ends on 25 October, so this is your final chance to earn Rift Medals for the Portal Pendant. The second round of Battle Options runs until 21 October, and the Cosmic Streak event continues until 31 October.
Straight after Clan Games, Resource Collector Boosts run from 26 to 28 October.
Wuthering Waves
Update: 22 October 2026
The second half of Version 3.7 starts in Wuthering Waves on 22 October, and Suoming takes over the featured banner. She's a 5-star Electro Resonator who fights with a sword, and her signature weapon, Unspoken Rue, gets its own boosted banner alongside her.
Suoming is the second of the two new characters Kuro Games added in 3.7, following Hsin in the first half. Two 5-star Resonators return alongside her: Lynae and Lucilla.
Love and Deepspace
Update: 19 October 2026
Infold Games has teamed Love and Deepspace up with Blade Runner 2049, and the crossover started on 19 October. Its event, Rendered Real, runs until 5 November.
The rewards are free. Check in on 10 days during the event and you'll collect the "At Your Touch" Duo Photo Pose, which lets you recreate a scene from the film with your chosen love interest, plus the "Manifest" portrait background and a "2049" sticker. The check-in track also hands out materials along the way.
The crossover hasn't landed well with everyone, though, and it has drawn backlash from part of the game's fanbase since it was announced.
Pokémon UNITE
Update: 13 October 2026
Flareon and Jolteon joined Pokémon UNITE on 13 October, which means every one of Eevee's evolutions is now playable. Both are melee Pokémon.
Flareon is an All-Rounder. Its Flash Fire ability builds up a heat gauge as it hits opponents, and its Unite Move, Garnet Ignition, gets stronger the higher that gauge is. Jolteon is a Speedster that stacks jolt counters on enemies with its Quick Feet ability, and its Unite Move, Plasma Quintupulse, hits harder against anyone carrying five of them.
The same update started the annual Eevee event, where you can pick up both new Unite Licences, and brought a balance patch with changes to Solgaleo, Latios and Miraidon.
Seven Knights Re:Birth
Update: Part 2 running until 29 October 2026
Part 2 of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba collaboration began in Seven Knights Re:BIRTH on 15 October, adding Giyu Tomioka and Shinobu Kocho. The collaboration ends on 29 October, so you've got a little under two weeks left to recruit them.
Tanjiro Kamado is still free as a first-day login reward if you haven't claimed him yet, and the Legendary pet Nezuko Kamado can be earned by playing during the event.
NTE: Neverness to Everness
Update: 21 October 2026
The second half of Version 1.4 lands in NTE: Neverness to Everness on 21 October with a new playable character, Akane Rin. She's a part-time guitarist at Livehouse StarSign and a former Anomaly Hunter, and she arrives with three outfits. You can also play her guitar anywhere while you're exploring Hethereau.
It's the game's half-year anniversary too, and there are two gifts to claim from 21 October: 2 million Fons and Akane Rin's "House Special" outfit.
A new school festival story follows The Whoots!!!! as they get ready for their next show, and the update includes their cover of the anime song "God knows...".
Chaos Zero Nightmare
Update: 21 October 2026
Chaos Zero Nightmare turns one on 21 October, and Smilegate is marking it with Season 5, "A Promise Upon the Snow", and a new Combatant. Rossweisse is a Justice-attribute Striker, and she arrives with her Partner, Sig.
The anniversary rewards are generous. Players at level 10 or above get a selector ticket for a Combatant or Partner, 1,600 Crystals and 70 standard rescues. A check-in event adds 10 Signal Amplification Anchors and 20 Rescue Anchors on top.
There's also Nightmare Dream Park, an idle theme park management event that opens with the update. Further out, the game's first multiplayer mode, Core Break, is due in December.
That's the list for this week. Halloween arrives in Pokémon GO next week, when Halloween 2026 Part I starts on 27 October with costumed Pikachu, Zubat and Sinistea making their debuts.
