This is usually the case when playing bonus add on countries or fun getaway games. Your regular countries should be 10-30-60.

This problem is occurring with all normal levels in normal cities. I’m in Tokyo and still earning 10,20,30 per level. I’ve played this before and it gave me up to 60 at tier 3. I’m not even earning enough to finish the city. 1 0 REPORT
