I've collected everything in Sydney on gummy drop. But, it says all I like is to upgrade the resource marts to complete Sydney. How do I do that? Ive looked everywhere for answers. Please help!!

You have to buy an upgrade with your gold coins. Tap on your resource and as it Clara you will see a plus sign. Tap on the plus sign and it will tell you how much to pay to upgrade to the next level. Each resource had three levels. The longer you wait to upgrade the more expensive it will be. I now upgrade each level to the fullest as I go along.
