Games are forecasted for losing! Helps are too expensive and without them many many games need to be played before a win!

Way too many advertisements. The game itself is loads of fun but the ads really do hinder the enjoyment.

Every time I reach the 10 levels for multi-colored cake, the game resets itself and I loose my progress.. What's with that?.

I would wish the levels where a bit harder to do, there is not much challenge in the game anymore.

I have played for years and have enjoyed it. However, recently we don't get the opportunity to have the free extra lives and it is really frustrating to play a round for days to win. I am about to give up on Cookie Jam.

I think it gaffs the player sometimes. It is not always fun. Sometimes what you need to finish a level isn't even on the board, so you can't beat that level - I hate that.

I’ve been playing this game for many years but does get annoying sometimes when they offering me to watch a video to get the five extra moves and after I watch the video I don’t get the 5 extra moves

It would be SUPER helpful to have guide on how you are you get more cookies to appear and/or other items so that a person can pass a level. I'm not asking how to pass the level. Just want to know what I'm supposed to do in order to get items to appear that I need in order to continue trying to pass a level.
