I’ve been playing this game for many years but does get annoying sometimes when they offering me to watch a video to get the five extra moves and after I watch the video I don’t get the 5 extra moves

It would be SUPER helpful to have guide on how you are you get more cookies to appear and/or other items so that a person can pass a level. I'm not asking how to pass the level. Just want to know what I'm supposed to do in order to get items to appear that I need in order to continue trying to pass a level.
