The unicorn key and the five-digit combination are two different tasks. The unicorn key is obtained by pushing four round rocks onto four flowers that have glowing light around them. Two of these flowers are hidden under breakable square blocks.

The five-digit combination code to the artefact is given by using the numbers on the ground in the three areas you free the animals from. Some numbers are hidden under breakable square blocks. Enter the numbers in the order indicated on the sign.

Note: When saving Pigsley's family, he gives you a code for the cage in their trailer. This is not the code for the artefact.
