Why are there is no gems in the snow world?

At present, there is no third world available, which is why you cannot find the gems to go through to the portal.

However, keep your cauldrons bubbling and your wands ready. Make sure you regularly update your game since thrilling content is just around the corner!

I have no idea how to get into the second world I thought I had to clear the second world fully and the gems will randomly appear
