How do you make the love puzzle piece with the cupid and heart balloon in this event? I have them both yet neither will go into the hat or mail changer. There's no clicking on them to produce it either.

You have to put the heart balloon on top of Cupid. See the circular arrow at the top left of Cupid? That means that it makes things. Add the heart balloon to Cupid and hit start now.
