How to Redeem Honkai: Star Rail Codes
Here's how to redeem the above codes in the game. You can only redeem codes after you have completed the game tutorial.
Then you can only access the mailbox to get the rewards after completing the mission, A Moment of Piece.
1. Start the game and open the phone menu.
2. From the main game screen click the three dots which are to the right of your character avatar.
3. Click the redeem code option
4. Copy and paste the redeem code you want to try from the list above and click redeem.
5. If the code worked, you should have received a mail with the details of the rewrads in your game mailbox.
Alternatively you can redeem the codes online too, here are the instructions to do this:
1. Go to the Hoyoverse Star Rail redemption site
2. Enter all of the fields in the form which include the server your account is located on, character nickname and the redeem code that you want to try.
3. If the code has worked and all of your details are correct, then you'll get the rewards delivered to your in-game mail box.
There are a few things to bear in mind though when redeeming codes online and that is:
1. Before redeeming a code, please log in to your account and make sure you have created a character in the game and have linked your HoYoverse Account in the User Center. Otherwise, you will be unable to redeem the code.
2. If you have created a character, but it did not appear on the code redemption page, please try again later.
