I'm pretty sure you mean perfect locks? If one of your cards has a perfect lock ability, when it activates it will turn all your next Greats (and Goods I think) into Perfects, until it's gone. It basically helps you pass the song without screwing up ..
How can I delete group formations so i can make a new one with new members ?
You can't delete them per se, but you can remove the members and re-arrange them as necessary.
