My word cookies won't open any more. Can anyone help?

What is the new cookie bank?

The cookie bank is similar to the piggy bank in other games. After each level now the game will place extra coins in the bank and when you have enough you will have the option to buy the bank with real money. It is just an alternative way to buy coins and depending on the amount you collect in the bank may be a cheaper option to buy coins. But if you don't need to buy coins it is not useful to you. It is optional and can be ignored without losing anything.

What can you do with the coins, apart from get hints? I have 7,780 and want to change phones. Can I use them for anything or keep them somehow?

The coins can only be used for hints. Nothing else unfortunately.

What are the points for and why don't they count coins or help add for clues

The points don't seem to have much use. You get a set amount I think for completing each level so they only give an indication of how far you have progressed, so you can compare with other players. I don't think they do anything else

How can I acquire a letter in the weekly mission? A lot of time I just need one to complete the mission and I play and play and never receive it. I fail to complete de mission.

They just seem to be awarded randomly. Maybe the last one is hard to get to keep you playing. ... + 1 More Answers
