I've been playing this game for about 6 years, I've lost exactly when it was that my Categories stopped working froze up, could not unfreeze it myself. Wrote to them multiple times with responses kept saying if you just write to us and let us know this or let us know that and I always did. But never never did they fix it, I believe it was about 3 years ago I asked them to fix it period too bad they can't fix a good game.

Like the game not the team challenges as very few people play and I feel that I have to carry the team. Today I’ve quit participating in the challenge for the reason alread given.

It's a good game, no ads really at all, the only things that bother me is when I make a word so IT can be added to my bonus word list, if the game doesn't like the word, it will deduct all of my apples earned up to that point, which is not okay, because it is a valid word I made and it is 100% spelled right when I make them, so I don't like that. I also do not like how cheap they ate at coin rewards, but charge an outrageous price for the hints and buy a letter. Lastly, I refuse to spend my money on pet food, I have real pets to take care of, so there should be a way to earn 2 pet foods a day, because you want to offer all of these pets, and not provide a way to feed then unless we pay out of pocket, NAH I AM GOOD WITH THAT!

Word Collect game is deceiving!! Ads show a game like Jeopardy or something similar. IN FACT, it is just another word find/letter game!! Makes me mad when game ads deceive people that want to play a game like Jeopardy!! Shame on them!!!!

Love the game. Hate that I just can't get points when I win. What do I do with books. READ most of them since I am a retired English teacher.

Far too many ads appearing just when you want to add a words is annoying beyond belief. Spoils enjoyment of game so stop it,.

I like it for the most part but there are few instructions as to how to get levels of categories and I have 6 gems but I don't see anywhere what they are used for.

Working on a very large puzzle and all my words are not being accepted. Very frustrating since I love the game. Won’t have the heart to keep going if this keeps going on.

Fun game, but so far have had to use trial and error to try and figure out the rules to it.

Especially the puzzles within a puzzle like the “!” words.

I’m on level 2298 and still need one letter in abc collection reward puzzle, I’ve been trying to get it since level 1076, this sucks! Also, why does the games accept extra words on one puzzle and not the next? It’s very annoying!

It's fun, but the ads make my phone freeze, and I can't get an answer to my question about the blue vials.

It's okay. They're very skimpy with giving out coins and there are features that I don't understand and can't find info about.

I enjoy the game, but am getting bored. I’ve no inclination to join a team and have to feel beholden to play with others for team spirit. I enjoy playing in my own. I have a lot of apples and want to turn them into coins. I sent a question in with my email and expected a reply. Instead, I got a 3 second flash (too short) to hit it and missed it while playing. Couldn’t see where to retrieve it on the site and never received an email reply. Probably won’t play once I’ve finished out the last of the real money I’ve put into it. I’m so done.

The word collect game is ok especially at first. Then I realized you get golden apples but they do absolutely nothing for you. I also have no idea how the pets fit in since this game is for adults, I think. It would be more interesting if for every thousand apples you could turn them in and get a free hint if you don't want to join a league. Also the books and library are strange and add nothing to the game.
