Can you get a 3rd kitten? If so, what level because I have 2 kittens at level 31, and it says I haven't completed my family yet.

You get a 3rd kit at lvl. 35, 4th kit at lvl. 45, and a 5th kit at lvl. 55. Hope this helps 😃
