Where is the den in the skateboard park?

I struggled with this for a while too. I finally realized that there is no den in the skate park. The den is directly below the skatepark, in the sewers. You can get there through a hole in the wall by the water by the skate park. Than just follow your map. The rat king is also in the sewers.

It's in the sewers. Look for a white platform there and go on it. It's the den. 0 0 REPORT
