Yes. The leader needs to be inactive for 5 days to be dismissed by a R4 member. The R4 member who dismissed the leader will take over that position.

This is retarded. If the longest you'll keep track of inactivity is 7 days, that should be the maximum waiting period. No one in my entire alliance has logged in for 19 days but I have to wait an extra day because of ...
