If I change teams do I keep my levels or start over at 0?
No you won't have to start over. You leave the team you're on and simply join another team as long as you meet their requirement level or join a team with no requirements none the less you never have to start over you will still be on the level you were on. ... + 1 More Answers
At the end of a team tournament, how do you split the prize?
It appears that they distribute to all players in a team, regardless of star contribution.
Why do clams open, then close again? How do I overcome this?
The first time you clear blocks next to the clams they open. Then you have to clear more blocks next to them to make them go away. If your second move doesn’t clear blocks next to the clams then they close again and stay there.
Can you join more than one team?
You can only belong to one team at a time. If you are kicked off the team by the leader or co leader you can not rejoin that team again . If you leave a team voluntarily you can rejoin it again in the future
On our team we agreed to begin tournament play no earlier than 7:30 AM New York time, Saturday. That way we don't have a few players fighting teams already in progress and way ahead of us. This strategy seems to work for us and we get lots of first and second finishes.

Love this game. There is a lot of thought required to navigate the levels. It is not a shoot em up violent game, but a comical one that also teaches logical progression of thought to achieve a goal. This is one of the games I let my kids play (with control of in app purchases, of course).
