I bought two new houses in the game for my daughter. Neither house is showing up and won’t let her build them. It says we own the house when I go to the store but there’s no way to build it?
Has she made a lot of progress in-game ? If not you could reset her game and everything will be gone BUT you do not need to buy any packs or houses again. It’d already be there(the purchased stuff ) if she’s done the game for a long time it may be hard because she’ll have to add furnitures again in the house. The clothes(which sometime I steal from the box’s lol) will return to the owner but just tour around the world to find the outfits she likes again. but I promise once you purchase the first time you do not need to use your money again.
