In Chapter 12, the Best Score gives you a hint on how to clear the mini game. In the ship mini game, if you turn the wheel all the way and go in the opposite direction (left) until the number on top reaches -18. You'll see a island with a treasure box on it and get an achievement for it. Still trying to figure out the duel mini game though ..

For duel there are two achievements.
Billy the Kid is gotten by beating the score of 10. I can't get more than 5 though, it gets harder as the game progresses I think.
Jimmy Ringo is gotten by beating insane mode.

The mini game also has a settings menu, the gear icon, where you can set the level of difficulty. In normal mode I've already gotten as far as 9 ... 1 0 REPORT

To get the 10 i suggest beating the first game on insane then trying the next 10 on normal it worked out for meGuest Replied
I've managed to get up to 9, but at that point, I swear, the game shoots before the last second runs out. Max out all the settings, and the game reverts to a basic 8-bit display. Don't tap to shoot, but touch the shoot "button" and lift your finger as soon as you see the hand move to the 12 o' clock position. Also, turn the sound off, as the ticking is not synced with the hand movement.
