During the Kill event, I started with 80 mil of troop power, I attacked a settlement on my own and suffered a major defeat. My troop power dropped to 69 mil. I used heal speed up healed for 4 days and my enlistment office was empty so I thought I healed every one. But when I finished this process my troop power only came up to 73 mil. Did I completely lose the troops that made up the 7 mil of troop power?
The attacker has always troops that are killed. If you suffer a mayor defeat there might be many killed troops. These appear not in your enlistment office, because the enlistment office only contains troops which were killed during an activity which overburdened the hospital. This was not the case during your attack, the troops were killed outright.
