I am at 422 state and I want to move to 233 State. When I try to do it then it shows: "I don't have enough items for this!". (I never teleported anywhere, HQ at LV5, 3 days old the acc.)
I started a new acc . The results are the same.
What should I do?

If your account is still HQ Level 5, and less than 5 days old, you’ll need to have a Rookie Relocator item in your inventory. Check first if it’s there or not since it’s provided under the system mail.
