I cannot join my alliance chat.. Have I been blocked by someone? I also cannot help my co-alliance with anything in their settlement even if I haven't used up my help allowance. Hope you can shed light on this. Thanks

All alliance members have different ranks available. When starting out, you are Rank 0 and they cannot use the alliance chat. You will have to wait for the alliance leader or other members to increase your rank to R1 before you can chat. Your alliance help is also dependent on the level of your assembly point.
