Simple but addictive space shooter

Space Wars 3D is a simple yet addictive arcade space shooter game from Shiny Box LLC. The game puts players in control of a single ship and blast their way against waves and waves of alien enemy fleet. The game is pure arcade fun. It doesn't have any story, any excessive features, or even customization options.

Players can control their ship using the virtual joystick. The ship fires automatically so players just need to control their ship to adjust the reticule. Destroyed targets add up to the score. Destroying targets consecutively builds up a multiplier that will add up to the total score once the combo is broken. There are no lives but the ship can take a limited number of hits before it gets destroyed. Destroyed enemies also drop power ups and sometimes repair icons to fix your ship. Players can also use NOVA bombs to decimate all enemies in the screen instantly.

The game lives up to its title since the whole thing is rendered in stunning 3D. The battlefield transitions to different planets and locations. There is a large variety of alient ships to target and destroy. The visual and sound effects are also enough to make it work for a simple title like this.

Because of the game's addicting simplicity, it doesn't need an active internet connection. You can play it anytime, anywhere. There are also no ads (if you're offline), and of course, no microtransactions. Space Wars 3D is perfect if you just want to waste time or kill off boredom since the game is not meant for long hours of playing anyway.
