Love the game, but it’s ridiculous that we can’t use the chips to buy coins. What is the point of having them? Very disappointed in how this game is handled.

Love this game. Except for all the chips that I have and can’t do nothing with them.

I can’t rate Ruzzle any higher than this until the option of trading chips for coins, is restored.

I love the game! I play tournaments and single player. The useless accumulation of chips is a big irritant, though. Give us something fun to spend these chips on.

Great game and I’ve played for YEARS. But the black chips earned are useless, which is a drag.

I have been playing for years and am addicted. That being said, what can I do with Black R tokens? Wish they served as an incentive and were useful.
