Can someone tell me how intimacy works in this game? When you go to be intimate with another person on here do they know too? I feel like choosing a random person is sorta creepy if they know too what’s happening without you talking to them.

They know too, and they need to accept. Don't worry, it's not creepy. Nothing weird happens.
