Hello, how I can change alliance description? I'm r5, but in alliance setting I even don't get that option. Just Alliance name, nick and who can join.

In the alliance menu screen go to Manage, then select Alliance Settings. You should see the option for Name, Nick name, Language, etc and below this the Alliance Slogan. There should be a pencil 'edit' icon to change it.
If it's not there then there is a bug. Possibly you need to update the app. You can report the problem to the game developers, check the support page for options.
