Today on Saturday as I teleported to #11 to destroy enemy castles to earn points, my account freeze and a popup message was shown saying that my castle is rebuilding from developer. It happened at 8:05 in the morning and now it's 1:40 pm and still I am not able to login. My castle is in enemy territory and I have not put up any shield as ut was freeze suddenly while attacking a castle.. What should I do? Is it a bug? I have written to developers and nonreply.. My home alliance is in #88.
Must have been some sort of glitch, the game is still running ok. Have you tried just restarting the app and accessing the game again?
If the game is bound to an IM30 account then you can try logging into it from another device. Or possibly reinstalling the app on your current device and trying to log back into it.
If some serious error has occurred with your game account, unfortunately only the game support / developers will be able to check and resolve it.
