How to get more electricity?

Loads of action in the prison require electricity. So upgrade your electricity facilities when you can by adding more batteries or upgrading your batteries and generators.

Upgrade Electricity

Lie water, having enough electricity to run the prison is essential, look to upgrade it when you can especially if you can see your usuage is close to the max level, as indicated by the bolt icon at the top middle of the game screen.
